When you’re a large object you are unable to focus. You just bounce around without purpose. However, if you are a piercing needle, you know where you’re going and you get there and nothing stops you.
Crying needles washes away all the gunk in your brain. It’s like ‘hey, you’re going to die eventually, this stuff isn’t importante as you may feel it is, you’re going to make it, God made you strong’
Basically, I feel less stress now that I have a bedtime. it’s cute, but it cured my stress. ugh, so happy. :) looking thru a waterfall of tears makes you helpless and once you give up the struggle and hand it over to God and stop playing Tug-o-war with him, life just seems that much more simple.
Dios te bendiga.

Spread out your To-Do list. This includes work, school, and social life. I work throughout the week, not a 12-hr shift in one day, I also go to school throughout the week. I try to spread everything out. I notice that when I have a lot scheduled in one day, back to back appointments or something that is time consuming, stress rises and a bit of depression ensues. Hmm. I remember I used to have the logic of cramming everything I had to do into one day and having the rest of the week off—let me tell you, it’s not worth it.
I make rules to break them. But really it’s important, because I sometimes can get overexcited and say “I’ll work for 12 hrs” or stay out way passed my bedtime. Therefore limiting my stress and working less; this is not laziness; this is prevention. Rules that I made include not working too many Saturdays, No Sundays, certain hours, and time padding. For instance if I wake at 10a or 11a I’m not going anywhere until 11a or Noon. Usually I wake 8a-9a though. Also, if I’m working at 4p then I’m going to be home by 2p, or if I’m working until 5p I’m not going anywhere until 7:30p. This isn’t moving like a turtle, this is reducing stress.
