Workout isn't working out 11 months ago

So I’m pretty athletic and have always been involved in sports. 4.5 years ago, I had my son and didn’t work out up until about a year ago. I lost about 8 pounds and then life got busy and I gained it back. I have been working out 4-6 times a week since the beginning of September and haven’t lost a single pound!! I’ve even tried eating healthier with the working out and that didn’t help. I have gotten discouraged and have been working out less, but now I’m feeling guilty and I’m worried I’ll fall off the wagon again. Working out makes me feel better about myself and reduces my stress…I need to change my mindset so that I’m happy with just being healthy, even if that means I workout every day and don’t lose a single pound.
