I did escape. I escaped from the most trapping of situations, certainty. Had I stayed in the field of pharmacy, I know pretty much how a lot of my life would have gone. It would have been more comfortable, filled with more money, and totally miserable. But not quite miserable enough for me to actually do anything about.
