I’ve allowed my self-control to waver, but I’m down 45 pounds and feeling great. I’m almost down to a BMI approved weight, but that’s a load of crap anyway because it doesn’t take muscle mass into account.
I’m so amazed that I ever got as heavy as I did.
I’ve lost 20 pounds in 2 months from simply doing this.
I feel that this goal is achieved in the short run, but all my goals are the kind of thing that are continuous objectives rather than goals that have a definitive endpoint…
I’ve been pretty good lately. Eating fresh food just makes me feel fresher!
I’m spunky like a monkey with ADD on cocaine.
Kind of.
I have stopped consuming soda entirely, cut out almost all processed foods (or at least overly-processed foods), and have even reduced my intake of alcohol (though this is the only place where I’ll admit that). I feel healthier already.
Also, I want to try Hufu. Someone wanna try and do that with me?
