I have went 31 days without eating any meat at all..I was going to go back to eating fish and other seafood…but I am not sure if I even want to do that now..I am happy without meat in my life. But, now I am going to go.

This is my 22nd day without meat…I don’t really miss it at all…Only one bad side affect is that I feel sooo tired all the time. But, that just means I need to like drink an extra protein shake during the day or something.
Well, today is day 5 without any meat. It’s been very hard. I love cheese burgers!!! But, I cannot have any, or I will break my goal. This has made me feel exhausted, from not getting enough protein in my body. But, I have been drinking Boost Energy High Protein Shakes, and eating 3-4 powerbars a day. I feel healthier already. You’d be suprised how much fat and grease ANY kind of meat has. Stop eating meat will not be a permenant thing for me. But, not eating beef and chicken will be. When I want to I will only eat fish, shrimp, crab, and other sea food. But, until then whenever that may be. Meat if off limits for me.
The WHAT: Stop eating meat
The WHY: I think it’s wrong to eat anything with eyes
The HOW: Just go cold turkey. Eat more eggs, beans, nuts, and protein shakes and bars to make up for the protein I am missing by not eating meat.
