Taken the morning ones again
started drinking my water. Am so chuffed I’m keeping this up.

I did it, I’ve taken them again!
My advice-

1. Get one of those 7 day pill boxes. (large enough to fit capsules in)
2. Fill them up once a week.
3. Keep them in your bag so that if you don’t stay at your home one night you still have them. If you are def at home, keep them where you prepare your food.
4. When you lay out your plate to eat breakfast/dinner lay the vitamins out as if it is as important as laying out your knife and fork.
5. Remember the glass of water to take them with.
6.Eat your food then take your vitamins!
7. If you use a palm pilot set an alarm or set an alarm on your mobile to remind you to take them.

It may seem obvious to some people but to anyone who forgets to take vits, this sort of thinking works wonders. Did for me!

doing pretty well at this but forgot the sachet of husks thingys…better take that now. Also forgot the meds, will start with the med stuff tonight.

whooo! today I remembered to taking the morning ones AND the evening ones!!! I took the vits out of my bag whilst cooking and tipped them into a shot glass, put it on my tray while I layed out the dish and cutlery. Then when I’d finished my dinner, there they were, and I took them!!! am chuffed about this.

It didn’t work leaving them in my kitchen as last night I stayed at my boyfriends unexpectly so didnt take them! Took the am ones this afternoon and put them in my bag! Have decided to keep day and night ones in bag as then I will def remember them. gonna take bag everywhere!

I guess this is ongoing for all of my life. which is why it is so important BUT for the purposes of it becoming a habit, I need to consider this completed once it becomes a habit. I figure once I have done this for 3 months everyday then it is completed. They say it takes 3 months to see the effects of vitamins so I figure once I see/feel the effect then I def wont want to stop and it will be a habit by that stage.



Day one of vits! 3 years ago

Day1 This morning I took my vitamins. whooooo! I bought 2×7 day vitamin cases and put the vits in them. I tried it once before and put the morning vitamin case in my bag. It worked because when I opened my bag I’d be reminded to take them. The problem was I never remembered to take the nighttime vitamins, as I never went in the bag then and knew I should be taking them with dinner so I left the evening case in the kitchen. As Im not at home all the time, when I left them in the kitchen I didnt take them at all. Gonna try and put them in the kitchen but take off one case (the cases break off so you can have just a day with you) in my bag incase I eat out. I took them this morning as I layed out my breakfast last night next to the vits and tried to establish a night routine. I am feeling postitive about this!
