act my age

In the past month I’ve been to Las Vegas, gone out several times, and had lots of age-appropriate fun. Slowly, I’m learning to take it all in stride, throw caution to the wind, and dance the night away.

Last night definately counts as ‘acting my age’...

We hosted a poker night on Tuesday and had work friends over to play cards and whatnot. It wasn’t going out to the bars, but it was a step in the right direction, complete with drunken fooseball playing and inappropriateness. Good thing we have beer colored carpet…

I stayed up until 2:30 last night-that’s acting my age, right?

Now that I’ve spent most of my life trying to be mature and polite and well constructed, I have difficulty letting loose and enjoying the finer points of being a 23 year old. Memo to self: you are 23, not 53!
