Spinach, veg.las., bananas, pb… tomato and pickle sandwiches.

I haven’t eaten any dairy products or fish for two days. (This is day two.) This is as practically vegan as I can be for now. I figure I’ll slowly transition into my vegan month.
It’s not easy. I love cheese and milk.
Really really slow. I’ve been a vegetarian for a few years, but I love my milk and eggs and CHEESE. I don’t know if I’m going to be able to handle it all at once, so I’ve decided to start out slow.
NO CHEESE, NO EGGS. Less Milk. (might switch to soy). Fish might be a big problem for me, because that’s how my parents keep me in line, so I’ll have to start asking for products made of soy and eating more peanut butter.
Ugh, and trying to lose weight at the same time? This doesn’t feel so fantastic.
