just managed to make me smile!
my first target weight is 133
and im 155 at the mo.
i put in that i wanted 2 be 133 by april 22nd and it said i need to lose about 2.66 lbs a week to reach that!
at the mo im loosing about 5lbs-7lbs a week…and even though i know it will get harder to shift the weight the lighter i get its just made me realise that i can become thin like amazing people.

stupid fucking birthday meal

so i just had to go out for a birthdya meal with my mum/dad/sister for mums birthday. i was planning on having soup and not eating much of it..but they didnt ave soup…how annoying! i ended up eating sum gammon steak and about say 20 chips and an egg! and then to top it off sum ice cream n sweets! must be more calories in one dya than ive eaten all the days since monday put together! i went in 2 the loos n was in tears. luckily i had only eaten a small apple today before that. ive lost 7pounds since monday morning..(saturday evening here now)...hoping to lose another about 3 by monday. hope everyone has had a better day than me. xxx

no school agen today.not that im complaining but i keep busy at school and as i only take an orange and a 90cal cereal bar and water im usually alright. i’m going to go into town so hopefully i will burn off what i would walking 2 and from school. got up this morning and was looking forward to having an apple…i no it sounds sad but i was! i went 2 get one n there was just this wrinkly old one left…gutted!...will ave 2 buy sum more…not eating anything else until i get it!

my day..and help !

was no school 2day because of snow. so when i woke up this morning i was panicking becasue being at home all day would make me want to eat. I’ve lost 6 pounds since monday n even tho that doesnt sound alot its goin ok…. i think. considering i used 2 love food. (i turned down a bacon sandwhich this morning!) now i cant face eating it and have never been happier! anyways i was also worried bcuz no skwl meant no exercise. so i deicded 2 go on a random walk for most of the day. and then persuaded my mum 2 let me only ave soup for tea. am really worried tho because goin out 4 a meal saturday night…what do i do? i cant not eat anything or only eat a little bit as evry1 will no something is up..im seriously panicking about this….help?..if throwing it back up is the only way someone tell me the best way to do this…ive never been this worried bou anything like this and its scary!....sorry for such a long post but i just needed 2. any help wud b wel erm helpful! thanks everyone u lot really are gorgeous, determined ad amazing…i wanna b just like u all!

a 10cal juice drink
water
a few pieces of chewing gum….anyone know how many calories are in chewing gum?
until my mum made me eat pizza and chips…tried to throw it up but i hate it so much!!
