I’ve made stop and go progress on this, but I’ve decided I’d rather have more concrete and measurable goals.

I often find I’ve already finished my food without really having tasted or enjoyed it. This is a monumental shame since food is one of my passions. I think this habit developed early in life from having an over-packed schedule in jr. high, high school and college. Now I am still busy, but can structure my own time and should make time for this pleasure that is also healthy.
