For the last few days, I’ve only had sugar from my cereal, vitamin water, fruits, and other things along those lines. I’ve eliminated junk food from my diet.
The one thing I allow myself is 70-80% dark chocolate…and I eat very little of it.
I’m very proud of myself for avoiding all of the leftover Christmas cookies, m&m’s, doughnuts that fellow co-workers offer, and other things along those lines. It’s becoming easier and easier…AND…my skin is looking way better. I don’t get stomach aches anymore. :)
