I have been smiling more. Thinking (and trying to) that the outcome of all situations will be a good one. I make daily positive affirmations like “I am happy”, “I am healthy”, “Everything is alright”, in the present tense. It helps me view things positively, it reminds me that actually everything is alright and that only my own dark view of things made them seem unconquerable and unbearable when they are not.
