I am eating well, exercising 4-5 times a week, drinking lots and lots of water! Taking my vitamins including vitamin e, omegas 3 and 6, B complex vitamins, taking lots of fiber, eating lots of fruits and vegetables and I’ve never felt better! My skin is looking better too! You can do it, just remember, you are the only person who can take the best care of you so do it! It’s worth it and I’m here for you if you need support! :)
