I’m pretty sure I do this every day. When I’m at work I have a 16 oz cup that I fill up like 10 times each night. But just to make sure, how about I keep a log of all the water I drink each day for a week. And if it averages out to be 8, I’ll mark this done.
Yea..that sounds like a good plan to me.

I was doing very great! But slowly I just stopped drinking as much. I’m picking this up again. It’s hard to drink 8 glasses with my schedule,(school, homework, work, and other things.) I want everyone to know that yesterday I think I drank about 8 or 9 glasses of water. So with our glasses actually being 12oz. instead of 8oz. I drank around 90oz. of H2O!
And I want yall to know I lost count of how many times I went to the bathroom!!
I’m trying to keep it up though.
At first I was doing great. I was drinking more than 8 glasses a day, more like 10 or 11. And then after about 9 days I started declining. I’m still drinking about 5 or 6 glasses but that’s not my goal now is it? So, once again I will try harder.
I really believe I can do this..I mean it don’t really sound hard if you think about it. I work at DQ so I usually get a small drink cup every night and refill it. Well a small cup is 16 oz..so if I drink 3 cups in the hours that I’m there that alone is 48 oz.
Anyway..I’m doing this to flush my body and to help my skin..cuz right now my skin is really dry..and it doesn’t help much that it’s getting colder.
