Be more efficient when working

My work consists mainly of being online, there’s not much I can do other than clean my desk when the connection at work is dead. I work in the film industry, I do the marketing, and I find myself easily distracted during work: I watch trailers, listen to radio spots, look at artwork, I download a lot of stuff, games, photoshoots, EVERYTHING!! I can’t help but drift away, I find myself in google earth trying to locate my hairdresser or doing some other meaningless thing online…haha it’s terrible, and I know it. I’m on it though. I shall be efficient!!
Did I mention I have messenger at the office? Also part of the job..
