So I’ve been trying to build up to a daily practice. Last month I managed to do yoga, savasana and meditate 10/31days. This month 5/9 days, so getting better. Even 15 min before bed can make me feel amazing. I’ve fallen in love with Kundalini in the last 6 months, having mainly practiced Hatha and Ashtanga before. I have been interspersing it with other styles but trying to incorporate at least one a week.
There is a website http://yogatoday.com/ that I have been using a lot. There is one free class per week and if you want to purchase and download classes they are $3.99 and then you have them forever. If you become a subscriber ($15/month, the cost of one drop in yoga class where I live) you can buy vids for 2.99 each and have a much larger selection, especially of Kundalini videos. Most of the classes are shot outdoors in beautiful settings, unless it’s too wintery where they are. Check it out, even just for the weekly free class (which you could do 7 x if you want!)
