I think I will start doing this every week. Wednesdays are my new week days. Today is the start of week 5.
Weeks 1-3 were great. I stayed with-in my calorie range, but wasn’t really doing my exercises on a steady basis until week 3.
This past week 4, I had two binge days, but did great with my exercise routine everyday.
Still haven’t had any sweets since 5/11. Yea!
I am determined to make week 5, much better.

I have since, ended the original challenge and started new. I created a blog just for it, and I’m doing well. I had a few physical setbacks which I am working on. My new “100 days to a Better Me” (instead of 100 Days on Plan) will end on August 18th. I’m shooting for consecutive days instead of the original plan.

On Feb. 20th. I started my “Journey of 100 Days.” It’s slightly different from my past 100 day challenges, instead of feeling like a big failure if I mess up on a day, and instead of starting over, like I usually do, I just continue where I left off.
The objective is to accomplish 100 days on plan, no matter how long it takes.
So far, I have completed 19 successful days, and three slip up days, so I’m not too far behind.
Another thing that I’m doing is, saving 1 dollar in a jar for every day that I fulfill. At the end of the challenge, I will have 100 dollars to help with the summer clothes I plan to buy.
These two ideas I got from the book, “100 Days of Weight Loss” by Linda Spangle.
I do monthly weigh ins, and next week will be weigh in day. I’m not expecting miracles, since I am a slow loser, but hopefully, the scale number has gone down.
