I completely changed my room around and optimized my room-now I have a lot of space to practice yoga/stretching every morning. I am also successfully rising 8:45a every morning...even when I don't want...but this is good because I want to stretch and meditate and maybe read every morning (I may need to get up 8a for all that)

Over Christmas break, when the chaos will be gone, I want to focus on creating and following through with this goal…
After waking,
stretching (feels so good!!)
My -Good Morning to God
3-5min of silence
(Im still not out the bed…)
a positive, uplifting quote…
Then I’ll get out of bed and drink 8oz of water (this will be the hard part)
begin my day….
My mind, body & spirit are strong
I take time each day to rejuvenate and recharge
I draw from a deep well of peace and calm
I breathe in strength and release my fears
I go after my heart’s deep desires
I can accomplish anything
All of my dreams are coming true
I focus on my goal and have the strength to make it happen
I choose to be unstoppable
I am strong
I act in spite of my fears
I am bigger than my concerns and worries
I go for it with gusto!

it is so important to not fear what we cannot control. We often forget what we do have control over in our day-2day on-goings….I would like this to be party of my daily reflections
I work 2 jobs….soon to be 3, plus grad school and clinicals…I really want to have a beautiful uplifting morning routine, but right now it consists of hitting the snooze 3x and willing myself to move….I try to have that moment in the shower-to clear my head and feel the water and pray/meditate…but usually I am rushing…
sigh….Im going to fit something in….something….
Get up early enough…. to do this…
I am stretched thin, but I must, for my sanity
I want to meditate each morning….just pray and reflect on the day, center myself, and enjoy 15-20 min with a candle and soothing sounds
