This goal popped right out to me as I proudly wrote this entry… One can’t claim to have gotten organized when there’s a never-ending load of unanswered mail always by one’s side, right?
Sigh…
Lately, I’ve been trying to figure out why is this goal so hard for me.
It’s definitely not that I don’t like writing letters or postcards, or keeping in touch with people via email for that matter, but I do feel there’s something, underneath, stopping me from doing it timely.
Until I figure out what it is, and stomp all over it holding a victory pen and paper in my hand, I will try to focus more on the people who have been nice enough to take time from their schedules to share something with me.
For now, there is only one way to find out if all this will seem different when I don’t have any more loose ends in this field: take a pen and start writing and when I’m done, use the keyboard for more than cheering on 43T, reading the news and playing silly games.
And when I’m done, I will treat myself to something nice.
