I gained a lot of pounds in the last month (damn vacation).

NOW I’M READY TO LOSE ALL THE EXTRA WEIGHT.



Second week of June: 3 months ago

June 8th – 154
June 14th – 155
Workout – 6 times.

I’ve had one of the worst weeks ever (diet-wise) and at the same time I’ve been working out alot (I really enjoy exercising).

This week is going to be much better!



First week of June: 4 months ago

June 1st – 158 lbs
June 7th – 154 lbs
Exercise – 5 times (2 toning classes, 3 fast walking)

I’ve been drinking a lot of water and eating healthy food.
On Friday I had a big family dinner and I mostly ate fruits and salad (...and a quite big piece of cake.) But overall I’m rather satisfied with myself.

Goal weight for next week – 150/151 lbs.



June. 4 months ago

Next month I’m going to Ukraine and I must lose all this weight.

In May I lost only 2 pounds! This is nothing!

Starting Weight: 198
Current Weight: 157 :(
Goal Weight by July 1st – 147/149
Goal Weight – 140/142

I need to start drinking 5-8 glasses of water.
Keep exercising.
Eat more healthy food.



Weekend Problem. 4 months ago

Thanks to all the comments I received on my question I think I figured out why I eat everything I see on weekends.
Usually, when I stay at home during the week I don’t have this problem.
But when the weekend comes, I don’t have anything to do and I am too relaxed so I don’t pay attention to my diet.
I guess I just need to find a new hobby, start reading books and keep my mind on something other than food :)
Sounds easy, eh?

BTW, I’m currently reading “Eat, Pray, Love” by Elizabeth Gilbert.
You should check it out :) I like it a lot.



A question about this goal: OK, so there's this problem...I stick to my diet, exercise and see results. But then comes the weekend and I start eating everything I see! I don't enjoy the food that I eat, I don't want to eat it. How can I stop myself from doing it? 4 months ago

A question about this goal: I'm stuck at my current weight (for two months). Can you give me an advice how to get back on track? Some months ago I could stop eating after 19:00 but now I don't have any control over myself. It's bloody frustrating. 1 year ago
