Do I believe it is possible? Yes.
Can I train three times a week for 20 minutes max? Yes.
Can I push myself to giving it all in the last set? I will.
But why the hell do I start in week 3 of the program? It has nevrr worked for me… I think I am far too heavy. So, back to week 1 day 1 today.
I want to feel my pecs standing right up, and my arms feel like a gorilla’s arms. It also helps with getting the belly in line. Yes, I still want to do 100 push ups.
