and most definitely worth it.

It works!

10 minutes is the magical length of time. Once I start cleaning/organising/decluttering, I often end up doing more than 10 minutes anyway – but it’s the getting started that’s the problem. Once I get going I’m fine and don’t really want to stop. This helps a lot, by letting my mind know that even a little is enough. And paradoxically, when a little is enough, and it doesn’t feel pressurised, it’s willing to do more :)
