I was supposed to run the Lehigh Valley Half Marathon back in May, but got mono and had to stop running for a month and a half.
So now that I’ve started up again, it’s back to looking for a half marathon to run! I’m excited, even though I’ll be running and training alone.
Since my last entry, I found a half marathon in Allentown, PA, that’s on May 3rd. I signed up and am currently training for it. Without that, there would be no hope of reaching the 1000 mile goal for this year!
My girlfriend and I were talking about New Year’s resolutions we wanted to make for this year and we’re going to try to run a half marathon together.
First thing is first: I’ve got to find a race to run!
