Haven't had a good sleep for about 2 weeks now... — 10 months ago
its going really rough, despite my best efforts to sleep: go to bed early, absinthe or red wine before bed, nothing seems to get me a nights rest. i honestly can’t figure it out. i clearly need to keep this goal on the board.
ANY ideas? anything i should try and do to get to sleep OK? I can toss and turn for 4 or 5 hours some nights before nodding off. I don’t drink very much coffee even, maybe one small cup at breakfast, sometimes one at lunch, and coffee doesn’t usually keep me up. what works? what’s wrong with me?
i will try anything (except warm milk: gross.)
