It’s not going to be a full renovation. More of a redecoration, really. The wallpaper needs to go since the children have already peeled so much of it away. Then the walls need a skim coat and sanding before I can paint. The trim needs to be stripped before another layer of paint is added. Must regrout the tiles in the shower, replace the shoe molding and replace the ugly-ass light over the sink. I’d love a new floor, but I don’t see that happening. sigh You’d think such a small room wouldn’t feel so overwhelming.
