My wife and I spent a night on Mont St. Michel, off the coast of Normandie, during our honeymoon in 1995. What a magical place, and what a night! At that time we set the goal of returning there to stay at the same 14th-century hotel, “Le Mouton Blanc”, to celebrate our 25th anniversary.
