It's hard to keep track! 4 years ago

I’m trying to make healthier choices. More exercise, more water, more yoga and meditation, healthier eating, and more vitamins. I started on this last bit yesterday. So far, so good, but it’s hard keeping track. I’m hoping that once I get used to it and it becomes a habit it will be easier, and that I’ll notice some sort of improvement in the way I feel.
