Stop comparing myself to other people

I have a horribly askewed body image of myself. I know i’m not fat people tell me i’m so skinny all the time. I’m 5’1” and 104 lbs. But than I look at other people both celebrities and real people and say to myself “Why can’t I look like them.” When ever I go out with my friends they all get fattning food and they don’t gain a pound. If I ate like that i’d be an orca. I don’t just compare my body to other people. I compare other things like how smart I am and who has more money. I just wish so bad I could stop doing this.
