I’ve started; i’m trying … not sure if its just stuff for the sake of stuff; whether i’m just filling time for the sake of it but you gotta start somewhere right?! so i’ve started by signing up for some courses – some are one weekends things (eg..photography; NLP) and some are once-a-week evening things that go on for a few weeks (eg. pilates, writing).
I don’t know where any of it is going to lead me – if anywhere at all… but i guess i have to least make the effort to try things out & see how it goes.
So far started pilates, been to a meditation session (really good!)and done a one-weekend course which was also interesting. Pilates & acupuncture are regular once a week things for the next few weeks at least and then photography & writing courses will be in sept… quite exciting but sometimes I wonder if i’m just “doing” in order to (unsuccessfully!) try and avoid feeling the pain of the hole in my life.
Oh well, you don’t know if you don’t try I guess … so for now my mini-goal is to stick to the commitments i made when i signed up to these courses and see what happens…
