I worked out really hard. My muscles ached for days, but, hey, that’s a good thing, right? Yes, it is. I’m really glad I did. I feel bigger than the other girls at school, but not fat. It’s a good feeling. I’ve also been using this “Cellu-Sculpt” cream everyday, to smooth out my thighs and…butt. But, it’s been working, and I feel A LOT better about myself and my physical appearence. The next step is making my calves not more muscular (they’re hard as rocks), but thinner. Not by much, just so that they don’t jiggle…you know?
I’ve been biking up and down my hill (quite steep) and walking, too. I’ve been doing laps, too. It’s pretty good. Though I have not been seeing any differences on the scale because of it. I gain some, lose some, it just depends.
