Just took some short flights to LA 20 months ago

and the takeoffs and landings ALWAYS exhilarate me. I always enjoy them, especially when they are smooth. :D

Take offs and landings always remind me of this goal. Unfortunately, this is a goal that’ll have to wait until I find a good job and save up $$ in order to afford lessons.

Airshow at a Marine Corps base 2 years ago

There was a super awesome 6 hour long airshow at the Marine corps base here. The awesome part was getting to climb into some of the planes, even the cockpit. That was awesome!!! :D

Just watching the performers perform, I was so amused and I wished I was there with ‘em….

Goal of....5 years 2 years ago

I’m giving myself a goal of 5 years to accomplish this. It requires money and I have none. I’m also moving in 3 months so that’s not ideal to start now and have to find a new instructor or something.

I found out 2 years ago

that people with heart problems can’t fly a plane. I think this applies to lessons (for fun) as well. I have to look into it but I’m afraid this is true :( because I have a hereditary heart thing which really isn’t going to be a problem till I get older…but still. It just sucks because I’ve been dreaming of this since I was a kid. Always had a fascination for it.
