because I’ve reinstated my eating eating eating. I can’t help but nibble or munch or crunch. sigh Food seems to be the only outlet I subconsciously find in fulfilling myself. Sucks.

Well I successfully did this for a while…but with the stress of school, I’ve started up again. At least right now, I’m into pita chips from the health food store and greek yogurt. That’s not as bad, right?
I need to do this again as I’ve taken up soda and chips/crisps again. Ice cream doesn’t count as I’m never giving that up :p.
But the chips thing…I really need to stop! I managed to not eat cookies anymore by not buying any but cheetos and stuff are way addicting. :(
I would like to get healthier and I have been eating more fruits and veggies but I still need to cut out the bad stuff from my diet.
