find at least one thing each day that makes me happy and record it everyday for a year

I found it easy to find one thing each day that makes me happy, yet impossible to record it here. I guess I’m just not that into the recording, would rather do the doing.

As new life pushes up through the earth’s soil
the emphasis is on upward motion
From ambiguous appearance to surety
With growth fostered by adaptability in the presence of all possible opposition
hard rain
harsh wind
lack of Sunlight.
Constant flexibility is the key attribute of a plant pushing upwards
By remaining flexible and tolerant
it will be able to continue it’s journey
fuel growth and advancement.

Willpower and enthusiasm of the life force is behind everything.

I was told that to meet a love, first things first…
I must write a list of 100 qualities I want this love to have.
The list will inspire the Universe to comply.
I wrote the list
He must have a beautiful face…one I will kiss forever.
He must be kind…not just kind kind, but abnormally kind.
He must adore me…as I adore him…
etc etc etc.
My list was pretty specific, except for things like age..I gave a range. Height, a range. There were other things that weren’t compromisable.

July 2nd 2008 we meet via email
We’ve shared pictures, but haven’t talked.
After a few weeks of writing.. very poignent letters, he invites me to meet him for Lunch. We decide to meet in the middle.
Grand Central Station. Lunch.
He says “lets meet and see if we can find each other…cell phones only as a back up”.
We found we are two of the same
obviously,
cell phones weren’t needed that first lunch
Almost a year later
We carry each other in our pockets
