I’m still quite overweight so I will wait before I search out anything like marathons. I might participate in a walk-a-thon.
Maybe I should change the name of this goal.

Now another glitch to this goal. My new orthotic inserts in my shoes from the Podiatrist might be wrong for me. I think I aggravated my hamstring and my thigh hurts to walk. Great! My feet feel great….but now my thigh and knee hurt! LOL LOL LOL
I might have to postpone any Marathons, or 5K’s….or skipping in the park for a while.
I feel like I am too old at 52 years old. I’m having trouble with my feet. I am seeing a podiatrist to help with my feet and walking. I always took walking for granted…..and I thought I could pick up running some day. I might never get the chance. Once I get my doctor’s approval I will start walking and then get ready for a marathon!
