but I started after I got into recovery from some “harder” things. Now, I started working out again like I used to. Except I’ve noticed a huge difference as far difficulty breathing properly and keeping my breath. I’ve also noticed that I’ve began to rely on them the same way I did for that other stuff. Like “I’m stressed”, “It will calm my nerves”, etc, etc. I don’t think I want this new addiction. I can feel myself getting addicted already, and I’d like the stop it as early as possible. I guess the first step is getting rid of what I have left of them cause I know that if I keep ‘em around I’m just gonna end up using them.
