Get new glasses

I’m happy to report that I love both pairs of my new glasses! Both fit well and look okay too. Thank goodness.

Well, I had my eye examination last evening. I also ordered two pairs of glasses. One pair has the magnetic sunglasses as well. I really hope I like them when they arrive since I’ll be wearing them for at least the next two years!

I just couldn’t deal with my optomitrist charging $27 more for an eye examination so I did set up a new appointment at In Focus Optical. Now my medical insurance will cover the full amount of the examination. Also I was able to get the appointment after work which is more convenient.

Today I scheduled an appointment with my optomitrist. May 23rd. The cost for an eye exam has sky-rocketed from $50 to $77! I checked with In Focus Optical and they charge $50 for an eye exam. I think my insurance only covers up to $50, so I may decide to change optomitrists.

I checked into my group insurance plan and discovered that I am covered up to $300 for new glasses! Wow. I will start looking for some new frames and schedule an appointment with the optomitrist.
