Fasted one day, February 10th. I would like to work my way up to fasting for two days in the future. Right now, it seems like an impossibility for me, but I’ll keep doing one day fasts for now.

I completed a 36 hour fast. The sense of accomplishment feels great! It takes a huge amount of discipline and mental stamena for me to get through a fast…but I did it!!!
I successfully completed a 48 hour juice fast last weekend. This is something I want to continue to do. My goal would be to develop self-discipline and cleanse my body. I will continue to research juice fasting as well.
