I really enjoy eating Sushi. For those of you that have never tried it, sushi is very much an aquired taste, but is completely different from any flavours you’ve ever tasted before.
I also love cooking, so naturally I’d love to learn how to make sushi. One thing I have to find is a sushi school of some sorts near Cape Town. Thats a start.
Finding good quality fish isn’t much of a problem. Cape Town has a harbour so it is alot easier finding fish than in other parts of South Africa.
