I’ve started lifting again recently. I’m still in the acclimatization phase, but only for about 2 more weeks. Then it’s on to a strength phase. By then, I need to acquire a regular workout partner so I can have a spotter for lifts.
I’m still climbing, playing soccer, and cycling, so I’m tailoring my workouts around these activities, to boost my performance in all of them. It’s difficult, because of the varied goals of each, but I think they can all work together as long as I keep it reasonable.
