I’m tired of eating greasy fare every day at lunch with my friends. I cherish my time with them outside of the office, but I need home cooked, healthy meals.
I’d like to start cooking dinner on a regular basis, and bringing it to work the next day as lunch. If the food is good, I don’t mind eating it twice.
In order to do this, I really need to expand my range, and plan ahead a bit better. I don’t really have that many “by heart” recipes that I can just reel off without thinking when I get home from a tiring day at the office. Plus, I always forget to set the frozen meat out to thaw. Very frustrating, waiting on frozen meat.
