Ahhhh, my fitness has gone down too much! At first I didnt care(THAT MUCH) if i started gaining extra pounds, because I could still run as fast and had good stamina still….BUT NOT SO MUCH ANYMORE!! It’s still not bad, but definately not where I should be, and where I wnat to be. When I do ..fitness tests for example and I get a lower score then I normally would, that pisses the hell out of me and destroys my self esteem, or something. That should add to motivation right there. Along with wanting to look better, feel better,(oh how I feel like shit since I stopped exercising every day!! Or rather I feel a lot better when I actually do something other then sit on my ass) and whatever else.
I’m gonna start doing some form of running every nite – hopefully get off my lazy ass for 20 minutes and do some HIIT or something so I can get my speed back up. I gotta start doing ab exercises, not just situps, but ab aerobic tapes and what not, pushups everyday!!! I should start doing some of them foxy billy blanks(hah) Taebo tapes or something! I need to start shooting everyday and working on other baskeball skills – even doing exercises like plyometrics that will help with basketball! .....I just gotta start exercising againnnnnnnn. IT’S MY LAST HIGHSCHOOL YEAR, sports are the best part – can’t start slacking now!!
