So I have some smaller goals within this goal. I want to lose somewhere between 30 and 40 pounds, but not be too thin. I just want to be lean, healthy, and in really good shape. Also, I want to get down to a size 6 and be completely comfortable with myself in a bathing suit around other people, not to mention just be confident with myself no matter what I’m wearing. Plus, I just want to be in amazing shape so that I can say I worked hard for it, so I can develop what it takes to stay healthy, and to just live longer in general.
