ugh.

i have been failing miserably at this lately. have also been failing miserably with working out. i’ve noticed i don’t feel as good not only about myself but just in general since i haven’t been focusing on eating well. so tomorrow it starts back again, because it’s just not worth not doing it.



well...

today is day 1 of my lifestyle change. not diet, lifestyle change. i am not dieting because diets don’t work. well they might work temporarily, but not long term. if i want to change the long term, i have to change my lifestyle. so for the next two weeks, i’m eating only veggies and meat. it kind of cleanses your body, gets you used to eating the right way, and kind of boosts your weight loss for the first 2 weeks. (yes, i did steal that part from the south beach diet, but only because it works and it cleans out your body like you wouldn’t believe.) i do have to say i like the south beach diet because it is a lifestyle change. i also like body for life for those of you who might be reading this and are looking to change your body and lifestyle.
anywho, i got up this morning and worked out… consequently realizing how out of shape i am. l0l. but it was worth it. i am already feeling better! before you know it, this will be “done” and not “being done”. horray for health! :D
