No change on the scale but I know it’s a long hike to achieve this goal. Eating better to start. Haven’t been able to get my butt out of bed in the morning to go to the gym this week—I made it 3 times last week. But I am climbing the 9 flights of stairs (almost 250 steps) each day, once a day. I have a partner for this and it helps to make sure I do it.
