If I’m tired or bored after a long day, what should I have as a treat? I haven’t done anything bad enough to deserve the junk food I’ve been eating! Instead I’ll reward myself with special snacks like blueberries or cherries. Better yet, maybe I’ll skip the munching and get out for a little while.
I was happy with good, healthy food today—smelled cake, but didn’t want any.
