say 43 positive things about myself, one a day for 43 days

I am a legal secretary. Didn’t plan on being on. Had no plans actually at all. Kinda fell into this. When I was a senior in high school I got a job in a law office in the file room. I would go to school in the morning and the office after lunch. By the end of that summer I was at a desk. The rest is, as they say, history. Its not a bad job. Wish I went to college though. But I am pretty good at what I do. I get all really excellent reviews.

I would, however, like to do something new!

I can touch my tongue to my nose. LOL. When Lauren was in kindergarten, I was there for a classroom party for some holiday and Lauren said LOOK EVERYONE, MY MOM CAN TOUCH HER TONGUE TO HER NOSE! LOL, it was very funny. Then this summer at a graduation party she told everyone about that (she went to a different kindergarten) and they said DO IT! So I did. We all laughed.

I don’t just mean boyfriend/girlfriend, husband/wife. I try to treat my friends well and I try to make them feel appreciated and loved. I think any relationship worth having is worth putting every effort into. I hope John and my family and friends know how much I love and appreciate them.

I am not in any way saying I’m a great singer but I can carry a tune as long as I stay in my range. Used to do karaoke and I used to get requests from people to do certain songs. :)

My motto is actually “fun follows me wherever I go, because I am a fun girl”.

About 100 wpm! I haven’t been timed in a while though. I might even be faster.

I don’t like people who are fake. Just be yourself! I am me. Even at work, I am me. If you don’t like me, that’s fine, but I refuse to be fake and kiss people’s a$$es!

I always try to be nice to people. Sometimes there are people who rub me the wrong way but I always at least try to be cordial. I would never be outright mean to people. At least, not without a reason!

I’ve always had nice long nails. For a while I got acrylics on and then I thought, ok, this is stupid, I have nice nails! What a waste! However, that is nice pampering to get your nails done. Now I go for a manicure once or twice a year.
