is that it annoys me!!!!
Seriously, I’m having a tough time getting the thoughts in my head to turn to positive vibes when in a situation or around people who I find totally irritating and annoying.
I’m reading a good book at the moment ‘Overcoming Anger & Irritability’ by William Davies, and I can identify with everything it says but I just don’t seem to be able to be one of those cool & calm people who don’t let anything hassle or worry them. How do I do it! Any advice is welcome …..

This is obviously not going well my 43 friends.
So far today:
+gave a guy on the bus a glare for arguing with his girlfriend on his mobile at a million decibels; something the entire bus didn’t need or want to know about! Of course, my glare went unnoticed.
+asked the guy sitting next to me to STOP shaking his legs intermittently, so as the entire workstation would remain still. He looked at me with that blank expression of total incoherence!
That’s 2 in 3/4 of a day – not good. HELP!
VERY
I seriously think living in London has made me less patient, aggro and particularly critical of others, especially the tourists – that’s even worse, coz I’m basically a tourist here myself!
From tonight onwards, I’m going to test myself and make a note of each encounter or instance whereby a stranger annoys me then I’m going to BREATHE – BREATHE – BREATHE & ignore the frustration. Let’s hope this is a start.
