I successfully kept this up for 30 days. I didn’t get out of bed at 5 every day, but got up at 5:30 on average. My daily history, including sleep related reading available at my blog.

I am on day 10 of a 30 day trial to see if I can make this stick.
I’m chronicling the results daily on my blog, and I love it. Now I just need to figure out how to jump out of bed immediately when waking up.
