for next week is : acupunture(calming nerves) a new hair color& do( just cause I need it) and last but not least a change in my workout routine.. ( that always get me moving/ grooooving * feeeling fine ) which I believe is 90 percent of looking better..

some high end mascara..& other goodies..and I do,indeed look better.. little by little I am working my way back …to the fione B ..I used to be… J/K ..
-Working out 5/6 days a wk ( running on weekends-when weather permits)
-taking extreme care of my skin ( new products, supplements, diet tweaks, and sleep )
-keeping regularly hair appointments
-brushing / flossing like a maniac
-handling my business
-keeping stress levels down ( yoga, journaling & such )
-errry piece of clothing that does not fit has been booted
