Not one drop of soda or carbonated drinks for all of February!
Actually it was no regular iced-tea either, I gave it up cold turkey!
And no caffeine!
So, Yay to a lot of success for February!
Near the end of February it actually got difficult when I was craving a 7-UP or a Sprite, but I resisted!
And I really miss my regular iced-tea!
It is 3 days into March & still going strong, almost gave in last night but only because I had a tummy-ache.
I’m proud of myself!
But disappointed that I didn’t lose any weight thought maybe I would by giving up all carbonated drinks, but nope.
